How long does shipping take?

All items are made-to-order. Production takes 2-5 business days. After that, US standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. International orders take 10-25 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Since all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges. Please check our Return Policy for details.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a Size Guide with detailed measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our size chart.

Are the colors accurate?

We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process. Colors on dark garments may appear slightly different than on light garments.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have begun. Contact us at support@limotee.com as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10-25 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your credit card information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by visiting your account page.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us at support@limotee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
